NetSupport DNA Gateway Configuration

DNA Gateway

The NetSupport DNA Gateway provides a stable and secure method for locating and connecting to Clients on Remote Networks securely via the Internet. Multiple remote locations can communicate data back to a central location with the use of the included Client and Server gateway components.

Server Gateway

The Server Gateway communicates with the DNA Server, it needs to be installed on a dedicated PC and it cannot be installed with any other DNA components.

Client Gateway

The Client Gateway acts as a proxy server for the remote DNA Clients allowing them to communicate with the Server Gateway.  The Client Gateway can only be installed with the DNA Client.

Notes:

There can be multiple Client Gateways but only one Server Gateway.

The DNA Console must be on the same network as the DNA Server to be able to pick up Gateway Clients.
