Troubleshooting
- Have you checked the manual for information
- Check the machines in question have the latest version possible installed and are running the same version
- If on latest version check for network connectivity, including internet if off site
- Are the machines able to see each other? ie. pinging the machines if available, or through Windows Network Connections
- Are both machines visible on the gateway?
- If the above are all correct, try a reinstallation as the software installs drivers
- If all of the above are correct and the software is still not working, please submit a ticket with screenshots and the support tool
