How to Deploy The NetSupport School Tech COnsole Through Intune

Deploying the NetSupport School Technical Console via Intune :
You will need to use  the Line-of-Business (LOB) App feature to install the MSI package, followed by applying configuration settings using ADMX templates imported into Intune.
  1. Obtain the NetSupport School MSI Installer - You can get this from their website under free trial , or from the deoply folder of your installtion. 
  2. Locate the ADMX files in the installation folder in the Cprogramx86NetSupportNetSuppportSchoolADM * ADMXL
Step 2: Deploy Technical Console via Intune 
  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Intune admin center.
  2. Navigate to Apps > Windows > Add.
  3. Select Line-of-business app and click Select.
  4. Browse to your NetSupport School .msi file and click OK.
  5. App Information:
    • Name: NetSupport School Tech Console.
    • Publisher: NetSupport Ltd.
    • Ignore app version: No.
  6. Command-line arguments: To specifically install the Tech Console, use these arguments (customize your license):
    /qn NSM_EVAL=0 NSM_LICENCEE="YOUR_NAME" NSM_SERIALNO=SERIAL_NO NSM_AUTHCODE=CODE TechConsole=1
  7. Assignments: Assign to a group of devices, set to Required, and click Create to upload.
Step 3: Configure Settings via ADMX in Intune
  1. In the Intune portal, navigate to Devices > Windows > Configuration profiles.
  2. Click Import ADMX > Import.
  3. Upload the NSS_Tutor_Machine.admx (or corresponding Tech Console ADMX) and its matching .adml file.
  4. Create Profile:
    • Select Platform > Windows 10 and later.
    • Select Profile Type > Templates > Imported Administrative templates 
  5. Settings: Open the imported policy, navigate to the NetSupport settings (e.g., Network Settings), and configure the Gateway key or Master browser to match your network, you may also use settings to alter avaible features. 
  6. Assign the policy to the same device group and save
