Changing the Diskeeper Invisitasking CPU Resource Thresholds

You can configure CPU threshold by changing/creating following registry keys

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Diskeeper Corporation\Diskeeper\UserSettings\CpuMonitorSystemLimit = 70 and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Diskeeper Corporation\Diskeeper\UserSettings\CpuMonitorProcessLimit = 50
Default value for CpuMonitorSystemLimit is 25 and CpuMonitorProcessLimit is 15. If the system CPU usage is more than CpuMonitorSystemLimit or Diskeeper CPU usage is greater than CpuMonitorProcessLimit Diskeeper pause the engines.
Changing CpuMonitorSystemLimit to 70 means Diskeeper will run even if the system usage is at 70 % (not a very good idea during production). And changing CpuMonitorProcessLimit to 50 means Diskeeper is allowed to use 50% of the cpu time.
