Summary
We have had a few client's experiencing snapshots getting rather large while running Diskeeper and VSS.

When you enable VSS Mode within Diskeeper, it may not help to fully get the snapshots back to the size they once were but it should greatly reduce the size of them.
Please note that this VSS mode only works for volumes that have cluster sizes less than 64kb.
Resolution
The sizes or backups may enlarge at the outset of Diskeeper but once Diskeeper reduces the majority of the fragmentation on this drive, the snapshots should again settle back down to a respectable range.
