Setting up Gateway in Client Configuration

Introduction:

• This guide will help you setup the NetSupport Student Configuration to allow for a NetSupport Gateway Server.

Instructions:

• To access the client configuration you will need to open the configurator located in Start > Programs > NetSupport School > NetSupport Configurator.
• Once you have the Configurator screen open the first tabbed option on the left will be 'Network Settings', Please make sure this is selected then proceed.
• Tick 'Use Name & Connectivity Server' then select 'Configure...'.
• You will now be prompted with the Address, Port and Key that you will need to enter which matches what you setup in the NetSupport Gateway.
