Specifications

Server

Minimum hardware:	Intel Pentium 4 with 1GB Ram or higher.*
Free space required:	120 MB+ (dependant on number of Clients supported).
OS supported:	Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 or 2003/2008 Server.
Databases supported:	Microsoft MSDE (supplied), SQL Express, SQL Server 2000 or later.
If no version of SQL exists on the target system you will be prompted to install MSDE or specify a Remote SQL Server.
Pre-requisites:		TCP/IP network.
Gateway Client/Server
Free space required:		2 MB
OS supported:		Windows 2000, XP, Vista or 2003/2008 Server.
Pre-requisites:		TCP/IP network.

Console

Free space required:	80 MB
OS supported:	Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 or 2003/2008 Server.
Pre-requisites:	Internet Explorer 6 or later. TCP/IP network, Flash player 10 or later.

Client

Free space required:	10 MB
OS supported:	Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 or 2003/2008 Server.
Pre-requisites:	TCP/IP Network

Have you checked the manual for information
Check the machines in question have the latest version possible installed and are running the same version
If on latest version check for network connectivity
Are the machines able to see each other? Try pinging the machines

Ensure SQL Server is setup and working (Mixed Mode Authenicat
If all of the above are correct and the software is still not working, please submit a ticket with screenshots and any information
