Mac 

Processor:  

Intel Only 

Operating System  

Mac OS X version 10.5 and later (Mavericks, Leopard, Snow Leopard, Lion and Mountain Lion).  

Recommended:  

Dedicated graphics card with drivers installed. 

(Administrator password required to complete this installation.) 


Linux 

Processor:  

Pentium 4 or later 

Memory:  

512MB or greater 

Distribution:  

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, Centos 6, Fedora 12, 13 & 14, OpenSUSE 11.3 & 11.4, Ubuntu\Edubuntu 9.04 or later, Mint 9, 10 & 11 and Debian 5 & 6. 

Desktop Manager: 

Gnome, KDE or Unity. 

Recommended:  

Dedicated graphics card with drivers installed. 

Troubleshooting

  1. Have you checked the manual for information
  2. Check the machines in question have the latest version possible installed and are running the same version
  3. If on latest version check for network connectivity
  4. Are the machines able to see each other? Try pinging the machines
  5. If the machines are on different subnets, have you tried them on the same subnet. This will see if the issue lies in the cross network communications
  6. If the above are all correct, try a reinstallation as the software installs drivers
  7. If all of the above are correct and the software is still not working, please submit a ticket with screenshots and the support tool (which can be found in the installation)
