This guide will help you setup the NetSupport Student Configuration to allow for a NetSupport Gateway Server.
Instructions:
To access the client configuration you will need to open the configurator located in Start > Programs > NetSupport School > NetSupport Configurator.
Once you have the Configurator screen open the first tabbed option on the left will be 'Network Settings', Please make sure this is selected then proceed.
Tick 'Use Name & Connectivity Server' then select 'Configure...'.
You will now be prompted with the Address, Port and Key that you will need to enter which matches what you setup in the NetSupport Gateway.
