Instructions
After Purchase or Upgrade you will receive an email from our sales/admin team with license information.
The information you receive will look similar to this

To do this please follow these steps:
- On a computer you wish to re-license navigate to the following directory/folder on your machine. (C:\Program Files\NetSupport\NetSupport (School or Manager)\).
- Locate and run PCILIC.EXE
- Enter your details and select Generate.
If the entered details are correct you will be prompted with the appropriate message.
This new generated NSM.LIC file located in your installation folder can be Deployed using the NetSupport Deployment tools or alternative to any existing NetSupport client/tutor/manager machines.
