Win 2000, 2003, Win XP, Windows Vista & Windows 7 desktops or  

Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 and 2012 server. 

Troubleshooting

  1. Have you checked the manual for information
  2. Check the machines in question have the latest version possible installed and are running the same version
  3. If on latest version check for network connectivity
  4. Are the machines able to see each other? Try pinging the machines
  5. Are the machines visable on the gateway? 
  6. If they are not visable check configuration on the agent end, including key
  7.  If all of the above are correct and the software is still not working, please submit a ticket with screenshots and any information
